David Ermi Obituary
David Anthony Ermi, 65, of Columbus, GA died Monday, June 26, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 30, 2017 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Daniel Roby officiating. Interment will be held at Ft. Benning Main Post Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Mr. Ermi was born October 16, 1951 in Sewickley, PA son of Yolanda "Linda" Dinello Ermi of Aliquippa, PA and the late Emilio Ermi. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having for 24 years. He later worked as a Sheriff's Deputy for the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Escobedo Ermi of Columbus, GA, son, Anthony Ermi of Columbus, GA, grandchildren, Joseph and Jayden of Columbus, GA, sister, Cindy Baldasare (Lawrence) of Pittsburgh, PA, father-in-law, Natividad Escobedo of Radcliff, KY, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to PAWS Humane 4900 Milgen Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
