Irma Jean Shytle, 75, of Columbus, GA passed away peacefully late Saturday night, February 13, 2016 at Columbus Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM EST Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Cascade Hills Church 727 54th St. Columbus, GA 31904 with Rev. Gene Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Shytle was born September 28, 1940 in New Washington, IN to the late Roma S. Nichols and Nila E. Nichols. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Shytle was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, James Ray Shytle.
Survivors include her nine children, Anthony Spradlin of Mobile, AL, Donna Singh of Modesto, CA, Cynthia Batastini, James Shytle, Dennis Shytle, Pamela Reddish and Angela Moore all of Columbus, GA, Robert Shytle of Waukesha, WI, Andrew Shytle of Fenton, MI and many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
