Kristal Watkins Freiberg, 37, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at First Baptist Church 212 12th St. Columbus, GA 31901 with Dr. Jimmy Elder officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Kristal was born January 24, 1981 in Columbus, GA daughter of Donald Ray Watkins and Kathy Lifsey Watkins of Columbus, GA. She worked at APEX Billing Solutions and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister, wonderful daughter and a friend to many. Kristal was very active with her twin boys especially with football and little league baseball.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hulette Lifsey and Julian D. Watkins, Sr.
Survivors other than her parents include her husband, James Lesile Freiberg, Jr. of Columbus, GA, twin sons, Carter James and Collin Ray Freiberg of Columbus, GA, brother, Clayton Donald Watkins (Ashley) of Columbus, GA, paternal grandmother, Evelyn Watkins of Columbus, GA, maternal grandmother, Betty Lifsey of Columbus, GA, uncle, Julian D. Watkins, Jr. (Gail) of Greenwood, AR, and nieces and nephews, Jack Freiberg, Sam Freiberg, Maddox West, Charlie West, Cole Watkins, Elise Freiberg and Leah Freiberg.
