Mary Alice Anderson, 54 of Columbus, GA passed Friday, November 30, 2012 at her residence.
Funeral services with Military Honors will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chuck Fletcher officiating. A private interment will be held in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA.
Ms. Anderson was born September 20, 1958 in New Orleans, LA daughter of the late Kermit C. Anderson and Gladys Rogers Anderson. She was a U. S. Air Force veteran. She later worked at Columbus Wireless in customer service.
Survivors include her daughter, Chelsea Crosby (Justin) of Columbus, GA; son, Jason Reid (Shelia) of Tennessee; brothers, Kermit Anderson (Vickie) of Columbus, GA and Billy Carroll (Bobbie) of Warner Robins, GA; sisters, Dianne Carroll of Eufaula, AL, Jeanie Carroll of Seattle, WA and Patty Rogers of Columbus, GA; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews including Shane Anderson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to PAWS, 4900 Milgen Road, Columbus, GA 31907.
