Ada Marie Coppeler, 87, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at her residence.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Rev. Bob Hawkins officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Coppeler was born October 31, 1928 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of the late William Bryan Banks and Nellie Banks. She was a strong, loving and caring mother with a great sense of humor, a great cook, and a great loving and caring friend. Mrs. Coppeler was a homemaker.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Coppeler.
Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Cross (John) of Limestone, ME and Darlene Anderson of Columbus, GA; son, Paul Coppeler, Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Lisa Brasseaux (Tim Douglas), Hope Brasseaux, Laura Kirk, Buddy McDougal, James Paul Coppeler; great-grandchildren, Sydney Brasseaux and Alice Douglas, Amber Castillo, Tiffany Grassel (Skylar Anderson), Matthew Mileto, Audra Kirk, Tristan Kirk, Morgan McDougal, Kane McDougal, Izaak McDougal, Ian McDougal, Autumn McDougal; great-great-grandchildren, Madeline and Braiden.
