Betty Boone Frullaney, 84, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, in Auburn, Alabama.
A memorial service will be held 10:00AM EST, Monday, March 23, 2026 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus GA 31907.
Betty was born on July 2, 1941 in Columbus, Georgia daughter of the late Herman and Marjorie Boone. Family was at the heart of Betty’s life. She found immense joy in spending time with her loved ones and created countless memories filled with laughter and love. Whether playing cards or trying her luck at the slot machines on occasion, Betty’s vibrant spirit brought warmth to those around her. Her spunky personality and unwavering devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family takes comfort in knowing that Betty is now reunited with those who have gone before her.
Other than her parents Betty is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert "Bob" Frullaney.
Betty is survived by her loving children, daughter Nina Ducker (Dale) and son Bobby Frullaney (Kelli). She was a proud grandmother to Rob Ducker (Shannon), Hunter Ducker (Jayme), Dalton Frullaney, and Andrew Simmons. Her legacy continues through her cherished great-grandchildren: Rhett Ducker, Rory Ducker, and Weslyn Ducker. Betty also leaves behind her brother Herman Wesley (Bubba)Boone (Carol) of Macon, Georgia.
The family of Betty would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama, for their compassion and kindness during this difficult time. May Betty’s memory bring solace to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Bethany House in Auburn Alabama.
