Bobbie Anne Dahl, 83, of Midland, GA died Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at her home.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Parkhill Cemetery 4161 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Pastor Judy Hay officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Dahl was born August 4, 1933 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Elmer Guthrey and Bertie Mae Pritchett Guthrey. She was the owner of Rivertown School of Beauty and has worked in the beauty industry for 43 years. She was much loved and greatly missed. Her influence will impact numerous future generations.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, LTC (Ret.) Winston A. Dahl.
Survivors include her 4 daughters, Anne Ballentine and Joy Jowers both of Midland, GA, Lynn Maxwell (Don) of Sanger, TX and Kay Carter (Butch) of Hamilton, GA, 2 sons, Greg Dahl (Tracy) of Marietta, GA and Farley Dahl (Kathy) of Seattle, WA, 5 grandchildren, Carson, Haley, Jennifer, Cameron and Lisa, and 2 great grandsons, Justin and Jason.
Flowers will be accepted but those so desiring may make memorial contributions to the John B. Amos Cancer Center 1831 5th Ave. Columbus, GA 31904 or to PAWS Humane 4900 Milgen Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
