Charlotte Fortson Sebastian, 89, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Columbus Hospice House.
Cryptside services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Chapel of the Pines Mausoleum at Parkhill Cemetery 4161 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Jim Hildebrand officiating. The family will receive friends following the service according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory.
Mrs. Sebastian was born July 21, 1930 in Elberton, GA daughter of the late Ralph Emerson Fortson and Lillie Mae Prather Fortson. She was a homemaker and a devoted mother. Her family was her life!
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Martin Henry Sebastian.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, William Henry Sebastian of Columbus, GA, children, William Ralph Sebastian (Carol) of Columbus, GA, Michael Harley Sebastian (Patricia) of Atlanta, GA, John Emerson Sebastian (Amaree) of Columbus, GA and Eva Marie Sebastian Steele (Robert) of Roswell, GA, grandchildren, Jason Sebastian, Drew Godwin (Liz), Kevin Sebastian (Jamie), Amanda Kate Godwin Bard (Ben), Iain Sebastian, Rachel Sebastian, Parker Sebastian, Grant Sebastian and Harley Sebastian, and several great-grandchildren.
