Clinton D. "CD" Hammond, III, 37, of Columbus, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
A Celebration of his life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 3, 2018 at St. Anne Catholic Church 2000 Kay Circle Columbus, GA 31907. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Hammond was born January 29, 1981 in Atlanta, GA son of Clinton Hammond, II and Peggy Kite Sagul. He was a student and loved remote control cars, helicopters and drones. Clinton also loved UGA football.
He was a wonderful person who was loved by too many to count. He was a humble man with a compassionate heart and a kind spirit. His courage and strength was an inspiration to those around him.
He leaves behind his father, Clinton Hammond, his mother, Peggy Sagul (step-father, Doug), his sister, Elizabeth and her daughters, Carol and Claire, his brothers, Austin and Nick and many other family members and friends.
The family would like to thank his awesome caregivers for their special care and kindness during his life.
