Darlene Patrice Graly Butler, 57, of Columbus Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026.

A celebration of life and faith will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Rose Hill Baptist Church, 2100 Hamilton Rd, Columbus, GA 31904.

Darlene was born September 18, 1969 in Columbus, GA 31904 to Mrs. Willa Graly and the late Willian Howard Graly.

She was a beautiful gift to the world; always filled with happiness; never meeting a stranger and easily accepting and loving everyone. She sought to take care of those around her, always seeking their best interest. She had a love for the beauty of nature - loving the seashore and mountains - forests and fields - and all the animals in them.

She had a lifelong love for horseback riding and boating. She loved spending time with family and friends along with the good food that accompanied those occasions.From childhood, she enjoyed house cleaning and making things look nice. She enjoyed get-togethers and always enjoyed making new friends. She loved everyone. She had a special love for her little dogs: Zoie and Bella, who brought her constant happiness

Darlene had a deep and vibrant faith in Jesus Christ. Her Trust and her Hope were firmly in The Lord - looking forward with joy to her home in Heaven. She read the Bible, studied it, and shared her faith with others.

As a child, she attended Edgewood Baptist Church along with family, and for many years has been a faithful member of Rose Hill Baptist Church, where her brother is Pastor.She was a caregiver to her beloved mother and her dear uncle, as well as many others in their time of need.

She filled a great need in the lives of so many. She will be missed greatly, but we rejoice with her as she enjoys her promised reward in Heaven.

She is survived by her mother: Mrs. Willa Graly, Her fiancé: Jeff Bailey, Brothers: Rev. Edward Kvietkus and Kenneth Turnbull, Nieces: Kimberly Turnbull and Kristen Burnham, Uncle: Bill Berends, all of Columbus, GA, along with many wonderful cousins and friends.
