David was born March 4, 1966 in Madison, SD son of Peggy R. Devore Wullschleger and the late George H. Wullschleger. He worked as a conductor for Amtrak.
Survivors include his husband, Felix Maldonado, mother, Peggy Wullschleger, niece, Danielle Renee and sister, Darcy Anderson.
