Dollie Medley Clark, 75, of Waverly Hall, GA died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM eastern time on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Edgewood Assembly of God, which is located at 2020 Morris Rd. Columbus, GA 31907. Rev. Mike McBride will be officiating. Lunch and fellowship will be provided after the service at the church.
Ms. Clark was born October 3, 1941 in Louisville, AL. She was daughter of the late Judge C. Medley and Bama Faircloth Medley. She worked as a case worker for the Alabama Food Stamps Program for 15 years. Loved ones will remember her for her fun personality, quick wit, and honesty. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family, watching the Home and Gardening TV channel, and completing crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her daughter, Terri Strickland (Larry) of Waverly Hall, GA; son, James Moates (Sharon) of Hoover, AL; sisters, Wynona Golden Trevarthan of High Spring, FL, Manerva "Jean" McBride (Mike) of Columbus, GA and Judy Kelly of Midway, AL; grandchildren, Kristin Andris (Tom) of Atlanta, GA, Clay Moates and Matthew Moates both of Hoover, AL, and great granddaughter, Evelyn Andris of Atlanta, GA.
