Doris Evelyn Fulford Mobley, 88, of Phenix City, AL, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at Canterbury Health Facility.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM CST, Monday, February 27, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church, 6180 Highway 85, Daleville, AL 36322. Interment will be held in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00-5:00 PM EST at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Ms. Mobley was born January 10, 1929 in Clayhatchee, AL, daughter of the late Grady Fulford and Ethel Wyndam Fulford. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Other than her parents, Ms. Mobley was preceded in death by her siblings, Rex, Carlos, Clint and his wife Mary and Ebra Bond and her husband Clyde.
Survivors include her son, Mike Mobley (Kathy) of Waverly Hall, GA; brothers, Lomax Fulford (Julia) of Clayhatchee, AL and Kenneth Fulford (Elizabeth) of Phenix City, AL; sisters-in-law, Jerry Fulford of Clayhatchee, AL and Katherine Fulford of Smiths, AL; grandchildren, Michaele Mobley Beres (Michael) of Waverly Hall, GA, Bo Mobley (Meredith) of Chapin, S.C. and John Mobley (Miranda) of Waverly Hall, GA; 6 great-grandchildren, Kilpper & Charleigh Mobley, Larkin & Harrison Beres and Farrah & Finn Mobley and numerous nieces and nephews.
