Elisabeth Richardson, age 86, passed away October 23, 2026, at Piedmont Hospital Northside in Columbus, GA, following an extended illness. A native of Germany and daughter to the late Karl and Elisabeth Kuba, she spent her early years in Munich, Germany where she met her husband, the late Thomas O. Richardson.

She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Richardson, and her brother, Karl Kuba. Her legacy continues through her surviving family: her son Kurt Richardson and his wife Jennifer; her daughter Janet West and her husband Marv of Columbus; her grandchildren Sarah, Carter, Osvaldo, and Alex; and her great-grandchildren Ryker, Kauan, Isabella, Leah, Anna, and Samuel, nephews Robert and Daryl, niece Kelli. She is also survived by her sister, Christel Hertramph.

A memorial service for Elisabeth Richardson will be scheduled at a later date.
