Elizabeth (Anthony) Warrick

Elizabeth “Betty” Warrick, 80, of Columbus, GA died on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Magnolia Manor in Columbus, GA.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in the Chapel at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. The family will receive friends 10:00-11:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery.  In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, those attending the funeral service will be required to wear a face mask and social distancing will be in effect.

Elizabeth was born January 31, 1940 in Columbus, GA to the late Lewis R. Anthony and Florence Clark Anthony. She was a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband James R. Warrick, daughter, Shelia McNeal, brothers, Richard Anthony, Eugene Anthony and Rodney Anthony.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Cavender of Jacksonville, FL, sons, Mike Cavender (Cindy) of Phenix City, AL, Gary R. Norsworthy of Columbus, GA, James E. Norsworthy of Decatur, AL, grandchildren, James Norsworthy, Jr. , Brandon McNeal, Miranda Muncy, several great-grandchildren and a devoted niece, Deborah Storey of Opelika, AL.
