Ennis Christopher "Chris" Clark, 44 of Columbus Ga. died on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Midtown Medical Center.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, Ga. 31907. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Christ Community Church, 4078 Milgen Rd. Columbus, Ga. 31907 with Rev. Norman Dunlap officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery.
Chris was a loving husband and daddy! His children were his world. He had faith in God and shared that with his family and friends. He loved golf, fishing, gaming with his son & friends, and most importantly... Georgia Bulldog Football!
Chris spent the majority of his career with TSYS as a computer programmer /software analyst. He found more than just a work team, he found a work family at TSYS.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ennis & Sadie Clark, David Smith and Mona Smith Guest; uncle, Stevie Guest.
Christ leaves his wife of 23 years, Krista Clark; son, Adam Clark (13); daughter, Catherine Clark (10); parents, Cliff & Debbie Clark (Columbiana, AL); brother, Danny Clark (Shannon); aunt, Robin Hunt (Greg); uncles, Scott Smith (Rita) and Kerry Smith (Holly); nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends who will miss Chris tremendously.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Calvary Christian School, 7556 Old Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
