A private graveside service will be held Thursday, December 03, 2020 in Parkhill Cemetery.
Mrs. Oates was born December 02, 1929 in Cottondale, FL. daughter of the late Willie Edgar Gay and Eva Lee White Gay. She was a homemaker and the widow of Samuel W. Oates, Sr.
