Evelyn Codak Farmer, 68, of Columbus passed away on November 15, 2025 at her home.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday November 25, 2025 at 4:00 in McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with a visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.
Evelyn was born May 17, 1957 in Hempstead, NY to the late Henry Harry Chodak and Elida Rosalie Levey Chodak. She formerly worked as a pharmacy tech at Wal-Mart pharmacy. She was a strong loving woman who took care of her family no matter what life threw at her she never let it keep her down.
Survivors include her daughter: Jennifer McCook of Columbus, GA granddaughter: Hailey McCook of Columbus, GA, grandsons: Christopher Randall McCook, Jr of Columbus, GA, Felix Perez of Houston, TX and Patrick Sharan of Buena Vista, GA, sister, Teresa Walsh of Long Island Hampton, NY and former husband: James Bullington of Columbus, GA
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: James Bullington and a daughter: Michele Bullington.
