Jerry Lamar Bell, 50, of Phenix City, AL died Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church 1100 1st Ave. Columbus, GA 31901 with Rev. Tommie Hart, Dr. Joel Alvis and Dr. Jones Doughton officiating. A reception at the church will follow the service.
Jerry was born April 30, 1966 in Columbus, GA, son of Dianne Jimmerson (Paul) and the late Winston Bell.
Survivors include his wife, Kittye Taber Bell, daughter, Marie Richards (Troy Eldridge); grandchildren, Sarah Beth Griggs, Tiger Griggs, Victoria Richards, Tripp Richards, Daniel Eldridge and Olivia Eldridge; great-grandchildren, Matthew Griggs and Nova Griggs; sisters, Sherry Russell (Tommy), Stacey Wilson (Isaac), Wendy Wall (Larry), Lisa Weems (Rick) and Barbie Webb (Tim); brothers, Stewart Jimmerson (Melonie) and Lane Jimmerson (Debbie); as well as aunts, nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Presbyterian Day School or to a local animal no kill rescue of your choice in Jerry's memory.
