Judy Ann Capan, 79 of Columbus, GA passed away on Monday, May 28, 2026 at Piedmont Midtown Hospital. The family will have a graveside service Tuesday, June 2 at 2:00 in Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA 31907. McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 will be conducting the services.

Judy was born June 19, 1946 in Columbus, GA Columbus, to the late James Cajah Watkins and Annie Mae Stonell Watkins. Like most of her generation in Columbus, GA she worked as a warper attendant for Thirty-Five plus years at Bibb Mill, and then retired from Publix. She enjoyed Camping, fishing, family gatherings, and spending time with those she loved.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Foy (Pete) Capan and a sister: Martha Kernodle.

Survivors include her daughters: Lori Johnson (Dennis) of Columbus, GA and Lisa Stinson (Red) of Crawford, AL, sister: Pat Hutson (Butch), eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
