Leona S. Flanagan, 86, of Columbus, GA died Monday, March 6, 2017 at Columbus Hospice House.
A private burial was held at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Flanagan was born March 27, 1930 in Roanoke, AL daughter of the late George Hendon Seegar and Lorene Beneyard. She worked as the secretary for Toms Foods.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Flanagan.
Survivors include her brother, George D. Seegar (Bernice) of Columbus, GA, nieces, Sylvia Worthington (Greg), Sheila Downs (Robert) and Julie Seegar, nephews, John Seegar (Lisa), Keith Seegar, Mike Seegar and William Knight (Patricia), brother, Thomas Seegar, great niece, Sophie Seegar, great nephews, Kenneth Kelley, Kimberly Worthington, Jacob Beach, David Beach, Hendon Seegar and Graham Seegar, great great niece, Riker Beach, Mickayla Smith, Amelia Kelley, Ashton Kelley, Bella Kelley, Kayden Kelley and Beauden Kelley, and many other family and friends.
