Graveside services will be 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Mike McBride officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 - 300 P.M. at McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Sobasky was born January 8, 1961 in Columbus, GA , daughter of Murray Mack Carroll and Ada "Estelle" Carroll of Columbus, GA. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Barry Lee Sobasky of Columbus, GA; parents, Murray Mack Carroll and Ada "Estelle" Carroll of Columbus, GA; daughter, Shawna Cheves and her husband, William "Will" M. Cheves, Jr. of Dacula, GA; sons, Barry Lee Sobasky, Jr. and his wife, Heather Sobasky of Columbus, GA and Michael David Sobasky of Columbus, GA; sister, Melissa Chadwick and her husband, Steve Chadwick of Waverly Hall, GA; brother Michael Glenn Carroll and his wife, Lena Carroll of Rineyville, KY; grandchildren, Lani, Jacob, Chandler and Landon Cheves; father and mother in law, Daniel. J. and Lorraine Sobasky of Columbus, GA; brother in laws, Mark and Steve Sobasky; sister in law, Pat Grantham and husband Rickie; many nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
