Mattie "Joyce" Mills

Mattie "Joyce" Mills, 87 of Columbus, Georgia died Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Columbus Hospice House.

A Cryptside Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the services at the cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, Ga. 31907.

Joyce was born October 28, 1931 in Columbus, Georgia daughter of the late John Thomas Yancey and Clara Bell Milam Yancey. She was a homemaker.

Other than her parents Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Hatford Mills and son, John Thomas Mills.

Survivors include her daughters, Ann Riley of Phenix City, AL., Lisa Bunch of Columbus, Ga., grandchildren, Shondra Nelson (Justin), Stacy West, Annisa Paige (Steve), Danielle Bradley (Jeff), numerous great grandchildren and other family members.
