Paskel "Pat" B. Hilley, 73, of Fortson, GA passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Piedmont Midtown Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Chase Welch and Rev. David Williams officiating. An interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Hilley was born November 1, 1945 in Toccoa, GA son of the late John B. Hilley and Amanda Hardman Hilley. He was the owner and operator of H & W Plumbing for 35 years and was a member of Love Revolution Church. Mr. Hilley loved his bluegrass music, work, fishing, NASCAR, riding his Harley, boating on the river and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Nancy Hendrix Hilley of Fortson, GA, children, Paskel Hilley of Royston, GA, Anita Yeomans (Mickey) of Martin, GA, Bubba Welch and Randy Welch both of Columbus, GA, brother, John B. Hilley (Cathy) of Hamilton, GA, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and other family members.
Flowers will be appreciated but those so desiring may make a contribution to the Pat Hilley Memorial Fund at Love Revolution Church.
