Pattie West Duke, 81, of Columbus, GA passed away Monday, April 28, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, May 2, 2025 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Sister Richards officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery following the service.
Pattie was born August 9, 1943 in Dover, TN daughter of the late William C. West and Patty Quinn West. Pattie was a graduate from Newenburg German High School. Pattie had a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. She loved watching The Golden Girls, never tired of dancing at the Y, and found joy in the stories and melodies of classic country tunes. Her friendship with Dottie and Virginia was a source of companionship and joy throughout her years.
Survivors include her daughter, Lesa Fowler (Tifton) of Hamilton, GA; son, Jeff Duke of Panama City Beach, FL; grandchildren, Clay Fowler of Hamilton, GA, Dillon Fowler Carr (Joseph) of Opelika, AL, Tiffany Fowler Jackson (Ryan) of Opelika, AL; great grandchildren, Gabe Cole, Evan Cole, Caleb Cole, Bryson Cole, Addy Cole; great great grandchild, Aiden Cole; and her two brothers, Jimmy West and Junior West.
Flowers will be accepted, those so desiring may make memorial contributions to Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
