A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Infantry Chapel, Ft. Benning, Georgia according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA., 31908.
Mr. Plunk was born on April 8, 1953 in McNairy, TN, son of the late William Carlton Plunk and Mary Allison Plunk. He served in the U.S. Army and later worked as a truck driver for 3A Truck Company.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Plunk of Columbus, GA.; mother, Mary Allison Plunk of Tennessee; daughter, Jennifer Plunk (Nicky Christopher) of Ellerslie, GA.; sister, Patsy Lipford (Danny) of Bethel Springs, TN.; brother, James Plunk of Bethel Springs, TN, and a nephew.
