Shirley Ray Watson, 79, of Columbus, GA passed away peacefully Friday, August 16, 2019 at Brookside Glen Assisted Living.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Chaplain Mark Burnett and Reverend T. Grant Parker officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Watson was born November 21, 1939 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Walter E. Ray and Helen Dennis Ray. She worked as the Vault Manager for Columbus Bank and Trust.
Survivors include her husband, William E. Watson of Columbus, GA, son, Bryan Watson (Kimberly) of Woodland, GA and grandson, Cody Watson (Kimberly) of Hogansville, GA.
