SSGT Rt. Frank Moskol 93, of Columbus died Friday, September 24, 2021 at his residence.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held 10:30 A.M. (EST) Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Mr. Moskol was born October 29, 1927 in Isaban, West Virginia son of the late George and Julia Orez Moskol. He retired from the U.S. Army and then retired from Dolly Madison in Columbus, Georgia.While serving as a combat medic in the Vietnam War, he was awarded the “Army Commendation Medal” for meritorious service from December 1, 1968 to December 31, 1969, along with a Combat Medical Badge. Throughout his life, he loved to hunt, fish and build doll houses. Other than his parents, Mr. Moskol was preceded in death by his son-in-law Robert Marvets and his brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Deloris Moskol of Columbus, Georgia, his children, Teresea Marvets of Columbus, Georgia and Frank Anthony Moskol (Carol) of Smith Station, Alabama; grandchildren, B.G. Marvets (Jessica), Tuesday Pritchett (Bryan), Valerie Johnstone (Joe), Maxwell Moskol, Corey Moskol; great grandchildren, Carly Marvets, Brinkley Pritchett, Caroline Marvets, Emerie Pritchett, Hartley Pritchett.
