Thomas (Tommy) Belvin, 76, of Box Springs, GA. died on April 24, 2026 in the comfort of his home. Born in Opelika, Al, he was in the Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. He was a jack of all trades but in retirement he especially loved woodworking and refinishing furniture. 

Mr. Belvin is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sara Halstead; 2 daughters, Cherri (Todd) Lawson and Holly Halstead; 3 grandchildren, Cody Lawson, Jordon Belvin and Aspen Halstead; and his brother Dwayne Ward.

He was preceded in death by his son Dean Belvin, his brothers Ronnie Belvin and Bradley Ward; parents, Clyde and Alice (Watkins) Belvin.

Memorial services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Noon on May 9th, 2026 on Veterans Parkway.
