Warner Walter Holcombe, 69, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 3, 2026 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.

Warner was born July 16, 1957 in Avon, Connecticut to the late William Frederick Holcombe and Jacqueline Travis Holcombe. He was a truck driver for Amcon Paving. He loved to play golf, go bowling and deer hunting. He also enjoyed skiing and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Theresa Holcombe, sons, Kirk Travis Holcombe (Alicia) of Smiths Station, AL, William Fredric Holcombe (Hong) of Columbus, GA, brothers, Wayne Holcombe (Bobbi) of Old Saybrook, CT, Dale Holcombe (Kathy) of South Daytona Beach, FL, grandchildren, Brianna Grimes (Trucker), Nolan Holcombe, Phoenix Holcombe, great-grandchild, Oliver Grimes, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
