William Robert "Bob" Cohea, Jr., 83, Columbus, GA died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at his residence.
Funeral Services with full military honors will be held 4:00 PM, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Pastor Judy Hay officiating. A private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Cohea was born July 30, 1930 in Grenada, MS son of the late William R. Cohea and Mary Kincaid Cohea. He retired from the Army after 20 years and later worked for Lithochrome. He received a BA from Chattahoochie Valley Community College.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife; Elfi Konrad Cohea.
Survivors include a beloved daughter; Cheryl L. Clark and family, son; Gary Robert Cohea, and a special niece; Cathy Mahoney.
