Eva Hearn Obituary

Eva Diane Hearn, 59, of Cusseta, GA died Thursday, April 22, 2021 at her residence.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Parkhill Cemetery with Rev. Judy Hay officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:00 AM prior to the service at the cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd.  Columbus, GA 31907. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 facemasks and social distancing will be required during the service and visitation.

Eva was born August 29, 1961 in Columbus, GA to James Harold Lott and the late Glenda Fay Beach Lott. She was the matriarch of the family, loved spending time with everyone, planning family functions for all occasions. She was a member of River City Pentecostal Church and she loved creating and working with crafts.

She is survived by her father, James Harold Lott of Cusseta, GA, husband of 23 years, John Hearn of Cusseta, GA, children, James Yanez (Nicole Dohtery), Patrick Yanez (Jada), Ronald Barker (Jean), James Nichols, Alona Hearn, Ginny Riley (Oscar), siblings, Colleen Lott (Timothy), Debra McCall, Steve Lott (Hazel) Barbara Lopez (Juan), Nancy Baker ( Billy), 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to River City Pentecostal Church at 52021 Morris Ave. Columbus, GA 31904.
