Thomas "Tommy" Lee Obituary

Thomas J. (Tommy) Lee, 81 of Columbus, Georgia died April 28, 2022 at Morningside/ The Oaks Assisted Living with his family by his side.

Tommy graduated from Baker High School in 1959, then joined the U.S. Air Force for four years with active duty in Turkey. After 4 years in the Air Force he joined the U.S. Postal Service for 25 plus years. He was a true Braves and Atlanta Falcons fan and played golf when he was not watching his teams.

Tommy is survived by his brother Bill Lee and his sisters, Linda Grimes and Helen Hobbs. He his also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tommy was preceded in death by his sister Doris Ortiz St. John.

The family would like to thank Morningside Assisted Living and Columbus Hospice for all their help and caring services.
